Payment Received:
We have received your payment successfully, but your order has not yet been shipped.
Order Shipped:
Your order has been completed, payment received and shipped out.
Order Partially Shipped:
We have received your payment successfully, but not all of your items have been shipped. There are several possible reasons for this, including number of items in stock, etc.
Order Declined:
There are several possible reasons for your order being declined. This usually involves an issue with your credit card. The number itself was authorized, but there was most likely an incorrect address entered. This could also be due to complications with an international order.
Payment Approved:
This relates to credit card orders only. All of the information you entered was correct, but we have not yet processed the payment.
Awaiting Payment Or Verification:
If you placed a mail in order, this simply means that we are waiting to receive your payment. If you placed a credit card order, this could mean that the shipping address used was different then the address associated with your credit card. If the shipping address is different then the address on file with your financial institution this is a sign of a possible fraudulent order. In these cases we need a brief explanation of why to confirm the order. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly in this case to explain.
If you placed a PayPal order, this means that the payment you sent is either still in process and hasn't been completed, or we haven't accepted your payment yet.
Order Declined(Invalid CC #):
The order was not processed, due to an incorrect credit card number that was entered.
Order Declined(Wrong CC Exp Date):
The order was not processed, due to an incorrect credit card expiration date that was entered.
Order Declined:
Your order was declined by Verisign, the company we use to process our payments. The issue could be any number of things, and if you would like more information please don't hesitate to contact us.

A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you've provided as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order within your customer login.

Orders will typically ship before 3 p.m. on the following business day. In the event that we are temporarily out of the item you've ordered or have questions about your billing/mailing info, a Merchsquad representative will contact you within 24 hours.
It's important to remember that an order placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday afternoon.
